These terms govern your use of FolioMotion AI for Android (previously named Nuvellure) and its related creation services. The service operator is BanTeng, located in Hong Kong ("we", "us" or "our"). Please read these terms before using the service.
1. Using FolioMotion AI
FolioMotion AI offers online AI image and short-video creation. Features, templates and purchase availability may vary. Free installation does not mean that generation is free. The app shows the applicable credit requirement and any available purchase offer before you proceed.
You must have the legal capacity and permissions required to use the service and make purchases in your country or region. Where legally required, a parent or legal guardian must authorize a minor's use. You may use the app for its intended functions, subject to these terms, applicable law and the rules of the store from which you obtained it.
Do not interfere with the service, bypass access or payment controls, access another person's workspace, or use the service to distribute malware or facilitate unlawful activity. Restrictions do not override rights that applicable law gives you.
2. Your content and AI creations
Only upload photos, prompts and other materials you have the right to use. Obtain any permissions required from people depicted in your materials, including permission for the requested transformation. Do not use the service to create child sexual abuse material, non-consensual intimate imagery, fraudulent impersonations, threats, harassment, or content that unlawfully infringes another person's privacy, image or intellectual-property rights.
You retain any rights you have in your uploads. You give us permission to process those materials, and to use the service providers needed to process them, for the purpose of providing the creation you request and displaying its result in your workspace. This permission is not a transfer of ownership of your uploads.
AI results can contain mistakes, unexpected changes or similarities to other content. We do not promise that a result is accurate, unique, copyrightable or free of third-party rights. Review results before using or sharing them, and obtain any rights necessary for your intended use. Do not present an AI-generated depiction as authentic evidence of a real event in a misleading or unlawful way.
Processing takes place online. Generation times and results depend on service availability and the selected feature. A request or payment confirmation is not a guarantee of a particular creative outcome.
3. Subscriptions, credits and refunds
Where offered, purchases are completed through Google Play. Before confirming, review the price, currency, billing period, included benefits, any introductory offer and subsequent renewal price shown in the app and Google Play checkout. Do not assume an introductory period is free unless the offer explicitly says so.
Auto-renewing subscriptions renew according to the terms shown at checkout unless you cancel through Google Play before renewal. You can open Profile → Manage subscription or Google Play subscriptions to manage or cancel a subscription. Uninstalling FolioMotion AI or deleting its workspace does not itself cancel a Google Play subscription.
Credits are units used for eligible creation requests within FolioMotion AI, not currency or a stored-value bank account. The app displays the credit cost of the selected request. Review the offer for any allocation, validity or usage conditions. These terms do not add an undisclosed expiry date or promise that unused subscription credits roll over.
Purchase benefits are applied after verification. A pending payment may not provide benefits until it completes. If a completed purchase is missing, use Profile → Restore purchases and contact us if the issue remains. Restoration depends on Google Play purchase records and the service's account association; it does not promise recovery of deleted media or every previous anonymous workspace.
A failed generation and a refund of a Google Play payment are different events. Credit corrections may require synchronization with the service. If a request fails and your balance appears incorrect, contact us with the available request details. We do not promise an immediate credit correction before the request has been reconciled.
Refund requests are handled under applicable law and the relevant Google Play refund policy. Canceling renewal does not automatically refund a previous payment. Nothing in these terms removes your statutory cancellation, refund or other consumer rights. Verified refunds, reversals or expired subscriptions may change the associated benefits.
4. Workspace, deletion and privacy
FolioMotion AI uses an anonymous workspace without requiring an email-and-password registration in the ordinary creation flow. Protect access to your device. Clearing app data, reinstalling the app or deleting a workspace may affect access to your session and creation history. Save results you wish to keep using the app's export tools.
You can request deletion using Profile → Delete workspace and the in-app confirmation. Account deletion uses the authenticated service request; it does not require an email request or manual approval. Copies you have saved or shared outside FolioMotion AI are outside the app's control. Deletion of a workspace and cancellation of a Google Play subscription are separate actions.
Personal-data handling is addressed separately in FolioMotion AI's Privacy Policy. These terms do not replace that policy, expand the purposes described in it, or waive any applicable data-protection rights.
5. Service changes and your rights
We may update features or restrict misuse where reasonably necessary to maintain the service, protect users or comply with law. We will respect applicable notice requirements and rights relating to paid benefits. These terms do not give us a right to withhold legally required remedies.
Network or provider outages may interrupt the service. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every result meets your preferences. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, or limits mandatory consumer guarantees.
If these terms materially change, we will provide notice as required by applicable law and request agreement where required. The updated page will identify its effective date. Changes do not retrospectively remove accrued statutory rights.
Google Play is provided by Google under its own terms. These FolioMotion AI terms are between you and the service operator identified above, not an Apple license or a Google-authored agreement. Mandatory laws and consumer protections that apply to you remain effective.
